

I�decided to go ahead and post some rules that I�was going to post in my Journal.�I get so many great ideas here, so if I�can help anybody else, that would be great. Although, you might already know these or think they are totally stupid. Some of these are yet to be implemented, or I�am not very good at...
No eating after 7pm (brush teeth and done)
At least 64 oz of water per day ( this is SO hard for me)
Maximum 1 bottle of Diet Coke per day (again, hard for me - I�am trying to quit completely)
No snacking on crackers, chips etc.- because once you pop one, you canapos;t stop
Set certain times to eat - Mine are a small amt after I work out in the morning (1/2 luna Bar), the rest of it around 11-12 and then a piece of fruit around 3, dinner around 6pm, and maybe a small amt of fruit before 7.
Less than 600 (aim for 400) on days when I�donapos;t work out. Less than 800 on days when I work out (aim for 600). No more than 1,000 except when with family who monitors what I�eat :(
When I am hungry, eat one bite of something - it will usually work if I�have some water with it.
No white flour, sugar, meat, dairy, eggs - the sugar is forgiven when I�am royally PMSapos;ing
Browse the Skinny Website, watch shows where people are very thin, etc when I feel like cheating my plan.
